These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LitePDF Pro at litepdfpro.com.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using LitePDF Pro, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
LitePDF Pro provides free browser-based PDF and document tools. Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable at any time.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the tools only for lawful purposes.
- Do not upload malware, illegal content, or content you do not have rights to process.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not use automated systems in a way that harms service availability for others.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of files you upload. You grant us a limited permission to process those files solely to provide the requested tool output. You are responsible for the content you upload and for complying with copyright and privacy laws.
5. No warranties
LitePDF Pro is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect conversion quality, or that outputs will be error-free. Always keep original copies of important documents.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LitePDF Pro and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service.
7. Advertising
The site may display third-party advertisements from Monetag. Those ads are subject to Monetag’s and the advertisers’ own terms and policies. LitePDF Pro is not responsible for ad content, linked sites, or offers shown in Monetag ads.
8. Intellectual property
The LitePDF Pro name, branding, site design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated or if needed to protect the service or users.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
